Last year, the boys debuted at the American Music Awards stage, impressing fellow artists and the AMAs crowd with their performance of “DNA”, the lead track of their fifth extended play, Love Yourself: Her.

The nomination marks another milestone for the boys, who secured their back-to-back Top Social Artist award at the Billboard Music Awards earlier this year. Moreover, they were named the Best Boy Band at the 5th iHeartRadio Music Awards.

BTS won four awards at the 13th Radio Disney Music Awards including Best Duo/Group and Best Dance Track for “MIC Drop (Remix)”. Additionally, the boy group was named Choice International Artist by Teen Choice Awards for two consecutive years.

Meanwhile, RM, Jin, J-Hope, Suga, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are currently in the middle of their Love Yourself world tour, which kicked off in Seoul last August. Last weekend, they began the North America leg of the tour in Los Angeles. On September 12, they performed at the Oracle Arena in Oakland.

They are expected to greet fans for a two-day concert at the Forth Worth Convention Center on September 15 and 16. While in the United States, BTS has been swinging by American shows including America’s Got Talent.

The North America leg of Love Yourself world tour will end on October 6 at Citi Field in New York. Following this, the boy group will move to Europe for a total of seven concerts in four cities.

By November, BTS will return to Asia for the Japan stops of the tour. No other dates and cities of the tour have been announced as of press time.
