It’s Official – A BLACKPINK X Dua Lipa Collaboration Is On The Way
BLACKPINK and Dua Lipa are set to hit us with a powerful collaboration that will surely blow our minds!
English artist Dua Lipa revealed the tracklist for the deluxe edition of her self-titled album on September 4 via Twitter. The list included her famous singles from her first release and several collaborations with fellow musicians – including BLACKPINK.
The collaboration track is entitled “Kiss and Make Up”, and will be featured in the album’s second disc. It is one of the album’s three new songs, along with Dua’s solo tracks ” Want To” and “Running”.
Dua Lipa’s album will be released on October 19, but is already drawing lots of attention, especially from K-Pop fans.

Rumors of a collaboration sparked after the artist previously tweeted out what she has in store for her album. Her tweet included a black and pink heart emojis, which fans assumed it was referring to the South Korean girl group. She also added five angel emojis, which were interpreted as her and the four members of BLACKPINK.

BLACKPINK’s Jennie and Lisa were also spotted attending Dua Lipa’s concert in Seoul earlier this year, and even got the chance to take a photo with her.
Dua Lipa debuted in 2015 with her single “New Love”, and is behind the hit songs “New Rules” and “IDGAF”. The singer-songwriter has collaborated with huge names like Calvin Harris and Martin Garrix, and has been the opening act for Bruno Mars and Coldplay in 2017.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK has been receiving enthusiastic responses both from Korea and abroad, most notably by the recent success of their latest music video “Ddu Du Ddu Du” that has surpassed 300 million views recently.
Lisa, Jennie, Jisoo, and Rose had recently finished off a series of shows in Fukuoka and Chiba in Japan, which ran from August 16 to 26. They will be heading to Osaka as well on December 24 for another show as well.
